Effects of this medicine
・This medicine has therapeutic action to maintain the homeostasis of gastric mucosal cells, to increase blood flow volume for protection of gastric mucosa, and anti-inflammatory effect.
・It is used in treatment of gastric ulcer, and improvement of gastric mucosal lesion (erosion, hemorrhage, redness and edema) caused by gastritis.
Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)
・General dosage regimen: For adults, take 2 tablets (4 mg of the active ingredient) in 1 or 2 divided doses a day. It increases and decreases properly due to age or symptom.
・Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.
・Take the medicine with cold or warm water. Or you may take it without water, crush the medicine with your tongue then swallow it with saliva.
・Take a dose as soon as possible when you remember that you missed a dose. However if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
・If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicines or foods.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
